Once your application has been confirmed
You will receive an email to confirm whether or not your application has been successful within two working days of applying. You will then receive a link to the platform. You may need to check your junk/spam folders, but if you haven’t received your link, please email us at [email protected].
On the platform
There is so much to see on the Big SASIG platform. The video below is a great introduction to how you can quickly access all that Big SASIG has to offer.
Please note, the platform should only be experienced from a PC and on Chrome.
Create your profile
Confirm your details and add a photo so everyone knows who you are. Other attendees will be able to view your attendee card, which displays your photo, name, job title, company, city and country.
Visit the reception
Reception is your homepage – see what’s coming up next and see who our partners are.
Build your schedule
Under the Sessions tab, you can see a timetable of all the live keynotes, workshops, and roundtables, and create your own schedule with the click of a button. Find out what each session is about and who is speaking.
Get networking
Visit the Lounge to start networking with other information security professionals. Join a table to chat about a specific topic, or try ‘speed networking’ and be matched with another attendee to talk to. You can see who else is at the conference in the People tab, too.
Visit our partners
Go to the Arena to meet our partner organisations and discover what they have to offer. View their videos and documents, book a one-to-one meeting (for during the event or another day), or visit their tables to discuss their work with someone from the company.
Receive alerts
You’ll get alerts when sessions are about to begin, giving you plenty of time to join.
Win an Easter Hamper
As part of your experience at Big SASIG we held a virtual ‘Easter Egg Hunt’ competition.
The winner was Ed Rogers – congratulations Ed!
Most of the partners in the Arena participated with questions regarding something you can find either on their arena booth or within their presentation sessions.
